I showed it to my kindergarten teacher friends, and they put me in charge of finding out how to get the entire alphabet. I came across your website and discovered you have only published a few letters. Please keep them coming. They are great. I would like to see an O book and an I book. I have trouble finding personalized things for my daughter (Olivia) and my niece (Iris). Do you plan on doing the whole alphabet? How long do you think it will take? They are great for the classroom!    "This debut name book obviously features the first letter of the alphabet; hence, the letter "a" is highlighted in red whenever it appears--and it appears a lot.  The first page shows young readers how to make an "a" using sign language and then, on the opposite page, the youngster is encouraged to print his or her name.  Whether it's an ant, angel fish or airplane, pictures of things that begin with "a" are sprinkled throughout the book.
    Turn the page and the book may be personalized by placing a photo of the new owner under a colorful rainbow.  The next 26 pages feature illustrations and photos of all sorts of words that naturally begin with "a."  From acorns arranged to form and "a" and an alligator to astronauts and asparagus, the young reader will quickly become aware of the importance of the first letter of his or her name.
    This is also a counting book, since the youngster is challenged to count how many ants can be found throughout the volume. Word recognition and identifying various "a" words is another bonus and will help beginning readers start the decoding process.

This delightful book primarily targets children just beginning to learn the alphabet, but also includes more advanced elements such as sign language and when to use capital letters.  By including a wide range of images, from everyday items like apples, to astronauts and geographic locations, it will capture the attention of children of all ages and spark their imaginations as well. The whimsical original art by Airlie Anderson provides a pleasing warmth and texture that sets this book apart from other children’s books.  My family and I eagerly look forward to future releases in the series.
